The information we hold is limited to what a parcel requires: recipient name, delivery address, email address, and confirmation from our payment provider that the payment cleared.

We do not keep card numbers and we do not sell or rent customer details. Our mailing list is separate and opt-in; ordering from us does not sign you up to it.

To have your order information deleted after the return window closes, email us and we will action it within one business day.
