About Giselle Outlet
Giselle Outlet is run out of a small warehouse unit, which is why the range is short. Every style is worn for a few weeks before it goes on sale, mostly to see whether the cuffs hold their shape and whether the fabric still looks presentable after a dozen washes.
What we keep are the pieces that came back out of the laundry looking like they did going in: cotton cropped trousers with a proper pocket, and hoodies loose enough to layer without swamping the shoulders.
Sizing, fabric and care
Do these pieces run true to size?
The hoodies and cardigans are cut loose and dropped at the shoulder, so most people take their usual letter size and get plenty of room. The cropped trousers are the opposite: the waist stretches, but the hips do not, so measure your hips before ordering if you are between two sizes.
Is the apricot colour going to match the photo?
Apricot and army green both read differently under warm and cool lighting. We photograph each piece in daylight without correction, and the colour name on the page is the supplier's own description so you can compare it against something you already own.
How should I wash the knit pieces?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or dry flat, and skip the bleach. The cotton trousers soften with the first wash; the knitted cardigans keep their shape better if you dry them flat rather than hanging them wet.
What if the fit is wrong when it arrives?
Unworn items with their tags still attached can go back within 30 days of delivery. Email the order number and which piece you are returning, and we will send the return address the same working day.
